Vishay eSMP SMPC Fast Recovery Rectifiers

Vishay eSMP® SMPC Fast Recovery Rectifiers are designed for use in general-purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes for consumer, automotive, and telecommunication applications. These rectifiers feature low forward voltage drops, low current leakage, and high forward surge capability. The devices are offered in a single- or dual-chip, surface-mount, TO-277A package. The compact 4.8mm x 6.7mm footprint and low 1.1mm profile (typical) of the TO-277A package enable high current density power supply designs. Vishay eSMP SMPC Fast Recovery Rectifiers are available in standard and AEC-Q101-qualified versions.
