
Texas Instruments TPS1HC30-Q1 Automotive High-Side Power Switch
Texas Instruments TPS1HC30-Q1 Automotive High-Side Power Switch is a single-channel, fully-protected, power switch with an integrated NMOS power FET and charge pump. This device offers accurate, current sense, and programmable current limit features that differentiate the device from other products. The TPS1HC30-Q1 switch offers a wide operating voltage range of 3V to 28V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. This high-side switch features fault sense voltage scaling for ADC protection and ±6% at 1A high-accuracy current sense. The TPS1HC30-Q1 switch is applicable for various resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, including low-wattage bulbs, LEDs, relays, solenoids, and heaters. The TPS1HC30-Q1 device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
