STMicroelectronics TSL6801, TSL6802, and TSL6804 Operational Amplifiers are unity-gain-stable amplifiers with an 8kHz bandwidth. The single, dual, and quad amps feature a wide supply range of 2.5V to 5.5V and a rail-to-rail input stage. The TSL6801, TSL6802, and TSL6804 Op Amps are ideal for battery-powered products and cost-sensitive applications.
The STMicroelectronics TSL6801 is available in SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages, the TSL6802 in a MiniSO8 package, and the TSL6804 in a TSSOP14 package.
