Luminus Devices SFT-12R-WES-A High-Power White LEDs

Luminus Devices SFT-12R-WES-A High-Power White LEDs maximize the Candela/Lumen K-factor for high optical performance in directional lighting. These LEDs have a small emitter that enables high intensity, long beam distance, and small optics. The luminus phosphor-on-chip technology’s high uniformity of color over radiation angle enables superior beam spot light quality. These white LEDs operate at 7A maximum drive current and 2.0°C/W low thermal resistance. The SFT-12R-WES-A high-power white LEDs feature an electrically isolated thermal path and are ANSI-compatible chromaticity bins. These white LEDs are available in a 3535 package size and are RoHS and REACH compliant. The SFT-12R-WES-A LEDs are ideal for portable lights, bicycle lights, transportation lighting, LED work lights, outdoor and roadway lighting, and industrial lighting.

Features

  • Small emitter enables high intensity, long beam distance, and small optics
  • Patented round emitter, in comparison with a square emitter, enables better uniformity and higher intensity in beam spots
  • Flat window, in comparison with a domed cover, allows the optics to be closer to the emitter to achieve higher intensity and longer beam distance
  • 5000K, 5700K, and 6500K color temperature
  • -40°C to 100°C operating temperature range
  • 11W power dissipation
  • Color rendering index:
    • Typical 73 (5000K and 5700K)
    • Typical 70 (6500K)
  • 2.0°C/W low thermal resistance
  • 3A maximum drive current
  • 3535 package size
  • RoHS and REACH compliant
  • ANSI-compatible chromaticity bins
  • Electrically isolated thermal path
  • 8kV HBM ESD rating per ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001
