Infineon Technologies 3-Phase DC Motor Control Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies 3-Phase DC Motor Control Power Card Evaluation Board evaluates the Infineon XMC1000 and XMC4000 DriveCard microcontrollers. DriveCard boards feature isolated debug interfaces suited for motor control applications. The plug-and-play evaluation board is specifically designed to work under numerous supply voltage levels (24V to 250V) and provides flexibility to adopt several control algorithms and configurations with the provided DC-link shunts.

  • Low-voltage motor drive system either in H-Bridge or in 3-phase full bridge configuration
  • 3-phase bridge is composed of three Half-Bridges with SO8 gate driver IC and SSO8 power MOSFETs
  • Shunts to sense leg currents and DC-link current, with OpAmps for conditioning to XMC
  • 16V to 42V supply voltage range
  • 5V output voltage
