Bourns SMPS CD-MBL Surface Mount Bridge Rectifier Diodes

Bourns SMPS CD-MBL Surface Mount Bridge Rectifier Diodes offer exceptional high forward current and low forward voltage making them optimum solutions for converting Alternating Current (AC) to Direct Current (DC) in power applications. These features allow designers to meet compact, high efficiency design requirements avoiding the need to specify larger diodes for higher current applications. Bourns CD-MBL Bridge Rectifiers offer a forward current of 1A (CD-MBL1xx) or 2A (CD-MBL2xx) and a range of repetitive peak reverse voltages between 200V and 1000V.

The compact size of the CD-MBL Surface Mount Bridge Rectifier Diodes make them well-suited for use in high-density board designs. These devices can also mount onto the bottom side of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) where necessary. The Bourns chip diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment, and a flat configuration minimizes roll-away.
