Bourns CAYxA-LF AEC-Q200 Thick Film Chip Resistor Arrays are AEC-Q200 compliant and contain two or four pieces of isolated thick film resistive elements printed onto a single ceramic substrate. These convex chip arrays are available in widths of 1mm and 1.6mm. They have a 3Ω to 1MΩ resistance range and 0Ω jumper with 1% or 5% tolerance. The series is RoHS compliant. Bourns CAYxA-LF AEC-Q200 Thick Film Chip Resistor Arrays are ideal for applications such as general-purpose, industrial, consumer, and telecommunications.
