Apacer Technology Inc. PV120-M280 Solid State Drives (SSDs) are modularized devices with an M.2 form factor suitable for 22mm standard-width mobile/compact computers. These drives incorporate an add-in storage solution for future host computing systems. The PV120-M280 SSDs are designed with PCIe Gen3x2 interface specifications, and aside from PCIe compliance, the devices deliver exceptional performance and power efficiency. These SSDs also introduce the PCIe controller to support on-the-module ECC and an efficient wear-leveling scheme.
The PV120-M280 SSDs operate at 3.3V with ±5% tolerance and consume 1.275mA power in active mode and 150mA power in idle mode. These SSDs offer Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit hardware encryption for enhanced performance and end-to-end data protection. The PV120-M280 SSDs are used in gaming, healthcare, servers/networking, and transportation applications.
