Analog Devices Inc. ADUM7704 16-Bit Isolated Sigma-Delta Modulators

Analog Devices Inc. ADUM7704 16-Bit Isolated Sigma-Delta Modulators converts analog input signala into a high speed, single-bit data stream. The device features on-chip digital isolation based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. The modulator operates from a 4.5V to 20V power supply range (VDD1). It can accept a pseudo-differential input signal of ±50mV (±64mV full-scale). The pseudo-differential input is ideal for shunt voltage monitoring in high voltage applications where galvanic isolation is required.
