Analog Devices Inc. ADUM150N/151N/152N Five-Channel Digital Isolators
Analog Devices ADUM150N/151N/152N Five-Channel Digital Isolators offer a maximum 13ns propagation delay and pulse width distortion of less than 3ns at 5V operation. The data channels are independent and available in a variety of configurations. The ADUM150N/151N/152N data channels have a guaranteed data rate of 150Mbps (max.) and 3.0kVrms withstand voltage rating. In addition, the isolators provide 100kV/µs common-mode transient immunity and tight channel matching at 3.0ns maximum. The isolators operate on either side of a supply voltage ranging from 1.7V to 5.V. This capability enables voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier and compatibility with lower voltage systems.Based on iCoupler® technology, the ADUM150N/151N/152N isolators ensure DC correctness in the absence of input logic transitions. Additionally, the isolators feature two different fail-safe options. The fail-safe options allow the outputs to transition to a predetermined state when the input power supply is not applied or the inputs are disabled. The ADUM150N/151N/152N isolators are well-suited for general-purpose multi-channel isolation, serial peripheral interface (SPI)/data converter isolation, and industrial field bus isolation applications.
