Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5044 SP4T Switches

Analog Devices ADRF5044 Single-Pole, Four-Throw (SP4T) Switches are general-purpose SP4T switches with an ultra-wideband frequency range. Developed using a silicon process and a non-reflective 50Ω design, these switches provide complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)/low voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL) logic-compatible control. These Analog Devices broadband switches require +3.3V and -3.3V dual-supply voltages and have a 0.1dB settling time of 37ns.

The ADRF5044 Switches offer high isolation, a low-insertion loss, high-input linerarity of 28dBm P1dB and 50dBm IP3, and high-power handling of 24dBm for through and terminated paths over a 100MHz to 30GHz frequency range. Available in a 24-terminal LGA package, the ADRF5044 Switches are well-suited for microwave and military radios, radars, and broadband telecommunications systems.
