Analog Devices Inc. ADHV4702-1 24V to 220V Precision Amplifiers
Analog Devices ADHV4702-1 24V to 220V Precision Amplifiers offer a high voltage of 220V in a unity-gain-stable precision package. The ADHV4702-1 24V to 220V Precision Amplifiers feature high input impedance with low input bias current, input offset voltage, drift, and noise for precision-demanding applications. The next-generation architecture enables the device to operate from symmetrical dual supplies of ±110V, asymmetrical dual supplies, or a single supply of 220V.
The ADHV4702-1 is ideal for forcing a voltage in precision bias and control applications. Available in a 12-lead, 7mm × 7mm lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) with an exposed pad (EPAD), the ADHV4702-1 is compliant to international electrotechnical commission (IEC) 61010-1 creepage and clearance standards.
The copper EPAD provides a low thermal resistance path to improve heat dissipation. The EPAD also offers high voltage isolation, allowing it to be safely connected to a 0V ground plane regardless of VCC or VEE voltages. The ADHV4702-1 has an operational industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
