ams OSRAM AS6204 IC Digital Temperature Sensor

ams OSRAM AS6204 IC Digital Temperature Sensor targets consumer applications such as laptops, cameras, and tablets. The board-mount sensor communicates via a 2-wire digital bus with other devices. The AS6204 IC Digital Temperature Sensor also consists of a Si-bandgap temperature sensor, an analog-to-digital converter, and a digital signal processor. The factory-calibrated sensor features ultra-low power consumption (low operation and quiescent current) and integrated linearization. The sensor's additional I2C addresses make it ideal for the prototyping phase of a product, where several heat-sensitive areas might need monitoring.
