Amphenol Aerospace LMD Modular Connectors

Amphenol Aerospace LMD Modular Connectors offer design flexibility in the assembly of wire harnesses used in instrumentation and avionic control environments. LMD connectors consist of a housing, modules, and contacts. Housings are constructed using either a lightweight, high-performance composite material for EMI shielding or a lightweight, white thermoplastic nylon material with increased solvent resistance. Amphenol Aerospace LMD connectors feature four standard modules with contact arrangements of 1 #8, 4 #16, 9 #20, or 16 #22. The linear module design can be used in rack-and-panel or cable-to-cable applications.

To supplement the LMD connectors, Amphenol Aerospace offers the LMS in-line splice connector, an interconnect that incorporates the LMD modules and contacts.
