ABLIC S-1213/4 LDO Regulators
ABLIC S-1213/4 LDO Regulators are positive voltage regulators with a high-withstand voltage, low current consumption, and high-accuracy output voltage. These regulators come with a built-in low on-resistance output transistor that provides a very small dropout voltage and a large output current. The S-1213/4 regulators feature a built-in overcurrent protection circuit to limit the overcurrent of the output transistor and a built-in thermal shutdown circuit to limit heat. These regulators come in a TO-252-5S(A)/HSOP-8A package that is compatible with the industry-standard TO-252-5 package. Typical applications include constant voltage power supplies for industrial equipment and home electric appliances.Features
