SN74AC09/SN74AC09-Q1 Quad 2-Input AND Gates

Texas Instruments SN74AC09/SN74AC09-Q1 Quad 2-Input AND Gates contain four independent 2-input AND gates with open-drain outputs. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A × B in positive logic. These devices have a wide operating range of 1.5V to 6V and have inputs that accept voltages up to 6V. The Texas Instruments SN74AC09-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
