The Vishay / Sprague 595D Solid Tantalum Maximum CV Chip Capacitors feature Tin (2) standard terminations and are RoHS compliant to directive 2002/95/EC.

Conformal Coated Capacitors

Vishay/Sprague's Conformal Coated Capacitors, Series 592D, 594D, and 595D, are TANTAMOUNT® Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors that offer large capacitance ranges, low ESR, and maximum CV. The surface mountable 592D, 594D, and 595D Series Conformal Coated Capacitors from Vishay/Sprague offer operating temperature range -55ºC to +85ºC (to +125ºC with voltage derating), 100% tin termination, compliance to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, standard capacitance tolerance ±10% and ±20%, and voltage rating 4 V_DC to 50 V_DC.

595D TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague 595D TANTAMOUNT^® Capacitors are conformal coated, solid tantalum chip capacitors that offer large capacitance rating range and maximum CV. The surface mountable 595D TANTAMOUNT Capacitors feature a capacitance range of 0.1µF to 1500µF, capacitance tolerance of ±10% and ±20% as standard, and are RoHS Compliant.
