The surface mountable 595D TANTAMOUNT Capacitors feature a capacitance range of 0.1µF to 1500µF, capacitance tolerance of ±10% and ±20% as standard, and are RoHS Compliant.

595D Solid Tantalum Max CV Chip Capacitors

The Vishay / Sprague 595D Solid Tantalum Maximum CV Chip Capacitors are part of Vishay's TANTAMOUNT product line. The 595D series is conformal coated and features a large capacitance rating range (1 µF to 1500 µF) and a voltage rating of 4 WV_DCto 50 WV_DC. The Vishay / Sprague 595D Solid Tantalum Maximum CV Chip Capacitors feature Tin (2) standard terminations and are RoHS compliant to directive 2002/95/EC.
